Umfrage Kundenrückgewinnung

Vor ein paar Tagen habe ich auf Xing eine wirklich nette Anfrage von der Universität Mannheim, genauer vom Lehrstuhl Business-to-Business Marketing, Sales & Pricing von Herrn Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Christian Homburg, bekommen. Im Rahmen eines Dissertationsprojekts der Mitarbeiterin Olivia Gwinner zu dem Thema „Kundenrückgewinnungsmanagement im B2B-Bereich“ ist eine Online-Umfrage über ein hauseigenes Umfragetool online durchgeführt worden.

Der Lehrstuhl widmet seine wissenschaftliche Projektarbeit gegenwärtig der Untersuchung von Kunden, welche aus bisher noch nicht erforschten Gründen ihre Geschäftsbeziehung plötzlich aufgeben. Außerdem interessiert sich Frau Gwinner für Rückgewinnungsstrategien 
seitens der Anbieter – die also versuchen systematisch den verlorenen Kunden zurückzugewinnen.

Es ist leichter einen verlorenen Kunden zurückzugewinnen, als einen Neukunden zu bekommen. Vor allem Verkaufsmanager scheinen das zu unterschätzen. Die Untersuchung wird uns eines Besseren belehren.

Ich habe bei dieser Form der wissenschaftlichen Datensammlung online prompt mitgemacht und ich bin dazu absolut erstaunt gewesen, wie genau die Universität Mannheim hier Analysedaten erhebt.

How can I find my suitable coach on a business network like Xing?

We all have the same business problems. Often we realize that we haven´t enough specific knowledge while working on a project, process etc. Sometimes specific knowledge is needed urgently, sometimes social conflicts disturb our success level during work.

Professional advice ist not sufficient for us. We, however, need much more! We need a coach.

A coach is in the position  to help us not only as advicer but also as trainer in each respect. For example, he examines the actual state, he defines the target together with us and he developes an individual solution concept for our specific problem. Also he supports us   during the process of realization the whole time long.

Projekt „Luxusmarken“ – Laboruntersuchung an der HS Pforzheim

Was für ein Nieselwetter! Gerade wollte ich mich auf den Weg zur Hochschule Pforzheim machen um an dem Projekt „Luxusmarken“ als Proband teilzunehmen, schon hat es zu regnen angefangen. Egal. Es hat trotzdem alles erstaunlich gut geklappt.

Innerhalb dieses Projekts geht es ausschließlich um Luxusmarken. Interessierte Probanden können sich freiwillig – übrigens das Projekt dauert noch bis zum 13.11.2015 an – beim zuständigen Fachbereich melden.

Eine gute Stunde lang bin ich intensiv zum Thema Luxusmarken aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln befragt worden.

Zuerst wurde eine Eyetracking-Analyse (siehe Bild oben) durchgeführt. Dabei wurden diverse Luxusmarken aus Verbrauchersicht innerhalb einer bestimmten Zeitspanne nacheinander eingeblendet. Simuliert wurde ein typischer Reisender, der nebenbei verschiedene Werbeartikel, Infostände usw. zu Luxusmarken regelmäßig konsumiert.

Nach solch einer Untersuchung, wobei mehrere Eyetracking-Analysen durchgeführt werden, bin ich gezielt nach Marken, Eindrücken, Empfindungen, Denkabfolgen usw. konsultiert worden. Alle gewonnenen Erkenntnisse sind darauf schriftlich in einem dafür extra zusammengestellten Fragebogen festgehalten worden.

Proband sein an der HS Pforzheim innerhalb einer Laboruntersuchung macht echt Spaß. Super trainierte Projektteilnehmer und wirklich gutes Catering garantieren den vollen Erfolg dieser Angelegenheit.

Neben den primärstatistisch erhobenen Daten sind ebenso eigene Meinungen, Beurteilungen und Ansichten in das Projekt miteingeflossen.

Eine wirklich tolle Sache für beide Teilnehmer. Einerseits bekommt die HS Pforzheim bzw. die Fakultät Wirtschaft und Recht wertvolle Projektdaten zum Thema. Andererseits bekommen Studenten, Selbständige oder Mitarbeiter eine absolut reale Chance an einer Laboruntersuchung teilzunehmen.

The strengths of ninovrkic.com seem to be the specific landing page with its teaching or rather illustrating background. Also the complete social media appearance and especially my blog. Further the mobile website and also the RSS-part – becide other supporting tools.

Some business friends have claimed a better design because some photos don´t use high resolution in all details. Others have said that the mobile site isn´t 100% Google-mobile-friendly etc. Ok, some arguments or rather improvement proposals suit me. I will consider this total feedback in my next relaunch.

I have made some plans for the future. Ninovrkic.com in total is usable for pc´s, mobiles and tablets but not on the same level as really responsive websites. Nowadays users expect more responsive elements. This trend can be observed since 2013 – and it comes from America. For example, companies here –  Frankfurt, Cologne, Hamburg, Munich and also Stuttgart – often use responsive sites to show their level of performance in total – also SMEs.

One of the biggest technical problems of ninovrkic.com is that there is no automatic adaption of the website no matter what www-device is in use. If Mr. Clerk from Ohio surfs ninovrkic.com with his smartphone he will get another site than his colleague from Beijing surfing ninovrkic.com only via his pc. That is a fact indeed.

I think that next year a complete relaunch of ninovrkic.com is feasible.

Netpioneer Familiarization Day 2015 in Karlsruhe – Wow, what an event!

Netpioneer Karlsruhe has invited interested people to its Familiarization Day 2015. I have also attended – despite some humid heat.

First of all the company in question has introduced itself by displaying a quite interesting introduction video  between 15 and 16 hours.

Then the Netpioneer employees have shown us the working rooms, the canteen etc.

To my surprise I have to confirm that this company is equipped very modernly. Not only the interior but also the IT-infrastructure looks very progressive. Especially I as bookworm have prefered to glance through the firm´s IT-library. Super interesting books about Java, PHP, SQL or HTML have convinced me totally.

Apart from that interested people like start-ups, students, employees or other people should visit the cantine. For example, each Netpioneer employee has the possibility to order fresh meals online day by day.

After a 30 – minutes networking phase, where we have been introduced to really many Netpioneer employees, us has been given the opportunity to select between two offered lectures:

Lecture 1: The Truth about Lies.

Lecture 2: What happens on the net at this moment.

I have chosen the first one because entrepreneurs like I often have to face business situations each day in which they need specific knowledge about the other site, company, person etc. To find out, whether – for example – the person in question is a liar or not. Not only I but also each other person should know whether the other side looks aside or  screws up his nose or tries to hide the mouth etc. in order to cache something.

To the most important workaday lies belong:

Photo Workshop „Intimates and Act“ – visited today!

Photo is not photo. Consider this. Permanently we use web photos on web sites, on blogs, in social media networks, on specific photo networks, in photo communities etc. Some photos should, e.g. lead photos, product photos, look very professional, others, however, could look simple, flat etc. In other words, try to make a really good photo with a better cam for your opening web site and take some really simple ones for your next Twitter or rather Facebook postings.

But, we all are somewhere able to set up our mobiles in the specific photo mode and shoot some nice pics. What to do if a professional pic is needed? We all realize one day that simple photoshooting with mobiles isn´t sufficient from the expert´s viewpoint.

There folks I have visited the „Photo Workshop „Intimates and Act“ in Stuttgart – Fellbach. The questions have been: what kind of techniqual equipment do we need to make our professional shot? What is with our ISO-settings? How should we adjust the blend? What is with the exposure time? What are the exact values? How should we use the autofocus for different sessions in specific situations? What are the techniqual differencies between Canon-, Nikon and Sony-users? And, last but not least, what are the most common techniques regarding photo shootings for intimates and act – sessions in normal studios?

We have started at 1 p.m. First of all we introduced ourselves and then we have glanced through the above mentioned aspects from a more theoretical viewpoint. After the quite interesting testing phase and some example shoots, our model „Bianka“ has arrived at the photo studio and presented some really nice interpretations of  several intimates and act – shootings. Please have a look onto the added pics beside this article therefore.

Bianka started with some simple ground portrayals sitting on the floor with only black underwear. Then she has changed her lingerie from black to white and also her position: from ground to sitting. After that she stripped totally naked and has given us the chance to take some absolutely interesting fresh erotic pictures with our cameras like Nikon D5300, Canon EOS 600 etc.

After 4.5 hours erotic shooting and several hundreds pics we have decided to stop this action. I have made some really nice pics – my first intimates and act – photos.

Interested people can book Bianka for 70 EUR per hour regularly.

The lessen is clear: please don´t use simple cams or smartphones for professional photo shootings. Increase your budget more up to 400 to 500 EUR and by a better  cam like stated above. Please take some „good pictures“ with your suitable cam and that is it for the first. Parallely you should read a simple beginner´s guide for photographers and take some hundreds or thousands pics in order to become more professional. You will see, the new I think more professional photos will suit you and your audience on the web. Promised !

Local Creativity – even in Pforzheim…

Today I have visited a creative center called „EMMA Kreativzentrum Pforzheim“ in Pforzheim. This center is located in the heart of Pforzheim next to the swimming bath „Emma Jaeger Bad“. Emma is a local center, which is sponsored by the EU, the federal state Baden-Württemberg and especially by the city Pforzheim.

But what exactly stands behind „EMMA Kreativzentrum Pforzheim“. Ok, I want to explain it to you. This creative center is a platform for networking, a working possibility for the future and a place for working for the local creative industries in Pforzheim and the region.

This center offers working possibilities for graphic designers, photographers, fashion designers, journalists, artists, media designers, product designers, texters, architects, jewellery designers, industrial designers, filmmakers, bloggers, PR experts, musicians, web designers, communication consultants, advertisers, authors and more.

For example, I am a freelancer that means a typical potential customer. I really have the chance to lease an office for EUR 100 per month or to use one of the conference rooms for product presentations, meetings or to execute practical work in one of the ateliers or rather workshops offered by EMMA. Apart from that there is a possibility to cowork with other young and motivated people such as students, start-up entrepreneurs etc.

Interested business people regularly have the possibility to contact other business people either from the same industry or simply from an other one by attending networking meetings at this center.

Now to the happenings at this evening. First of all, we have been invited by Mrs Benkert to remain in a specific lounge. Then at 17.30 p.m. the for free guidance started. We have visited all important locations. To this locations belong: bureaus, ateliers, conference rooms and coworking spaces. This lead continued up to nearby 60 minutes.

Better Business Day Stuttgart: „Digital Communication“

The Xing Group StuttgartBC organizes in cooperation with Mr. Oliver Gassner (bebudach.org) the B2B-Event „Better Business Day“ regularly. This time this entrepreneur-event has taken part in Stuttgart on January 23rd, 2015 at the MFG Medien- und Filmgesellschaft.

All in all 5 lectures have been held by several I think quite interesting professionals. The themes have been:

– Better Business Texts
– Technology Marketing
– Money for Startups
– Social Media Monitoring
– Business Weblogs.

I have attented to all lectures. Especially Money for Startups, Social Media Monitoring and, of course, Business Weblogs have come up to my full expectations. The other presentations also have been quite interesting.

Mr. Buhr from IBM stated, for example, that Start-Up-Business in Germany is quotation „Bullshit“. Some reasons are: financial situation, administrative problems, public capital, business connections, business communication, business knowledge, mangement problems etc. There is no doubt that „venture capital“ is needed in Germany urgently. Too many Start-Ups face especially financial problems and also managerial problems at the beginning of their entrepreneurial activities. However, there is no reason to hesitate to take venture capital power at the beginning. More than 300 venture capital firms offer their services in Germany at the moment. Hurry up, please!

Social Media Monitoring is also a quite interesting theme within the knowledge area online marketing or rather social media marketing. We should regularly observe the social profiles in question to put us into the situation of full knowledge managers regarding subjects like product image, trend, public relation, brand, firm´s image etc. Brandwatch offers many tools to us therefore. Before using the suitable monitoring tool brandwatch spends lots of time with the customer to choose the right one. That is not common.

Last but not least Mr. Gassner from OGOK stated some very important information about professional Business Weblogs. The most important recommendations have been: read other blogs regularly, use the comment function, link important themes, blog live events, meet other bloggers, blog content is king…

This friday was super. I have enjoyed all themes – especially the last one. The catering also has been very good. See you next time again!

Projekt DIT-SUMA-4-2014

Was ist Projekt DIT-SUMA-4-2014? Vor einiger Zeit habe ich auf diesem Blog einen Artikel über einen meiner Kunden im Raum Pforzheim und seinen „Bedarf an Offpage-Optimierung für Google“ beschrieben. Konkret: es handelt sich um eine Zweigniederlassung der Allianz in Pforzheim. Der Hauptvertreter dort hatte bis dato keine Suchmaschinenoptimierung für Google und vor allem Offpage-Optimierung lokal unternommen.

Nach anfänglichem Erklärungsbedarf, der dank der absolut modernen Online-Marketing-Orientierung des Auftraggebers zu verdanken ist, wurde schnell eine Lösung gefunden, wie man den marketingtechnischen Online-Auftritt auf Google umsetzen sollte.

Kurz darauf wurde das Projekt DIT-SUMA-4-2014 ins Leben gerufen. Konkret verstehen wir darunter eine „Offpage-Optimierung für 12 Monate ab 01.01.15 inkl. Konzept-Durchführung-Nachbetreuung für die betroffene Allianz-Domäne„. Nun ist Suchmaschinenoptimierung sprich SEO nicht gleich SEO. Dieser Kunde ist anspruchsvoll. Andere Kunden würden sich mit ein paar Dutzend Links pro Jahr zufrieden geben. Vor allem aus SEO-Sicht kann dies nicht „alles“ sein. Was nützen ein paar Backlinks auf irgendwelchen ausländischen Servern, die kurzerhand überteuert hochgezogen bzw. maschinell kopiert wurden. Recht wenig.

Google würde eine solche absolut vorkommende Praktik mit einer Penalty für Linkfarming, Keywordstaffing usw. sowieso bestrafen. Die Folge wären Herabstufung im Google-Index und Herabsetzung des PageRank.

In diesem Projekt wird deshalb anders verfahren. Nach schneller Erstellung des Konzepts wird ab diesem Monat gemäß einem natürlich Linkwachstum „Backlinks“ zur effizienten Steigerung der Linkpopularität bzw. Domainpopularität vor allem auf Google durch ninovrkic.com erstellt. Jede Arbeit im Internet erzeugt Spuren und Statistiken. Natürlich kann man mit einfachen Messtools kurz den Stand der Linkpopularität nachprüfen. Soll ich das meinem Kunden zutrauen? Bestimmt nicht. Eine aussagekräftige Monats- bzw. Jahresstatistik über Backlinks für diesen Kunden sind hier viel besser angebracht.

So wurde verfahren. Mein Auftraggeber kann monatsweise über eine hierfür erstellte App jederzeit, von überall, von jedem Gerät aus den aktuellen Monats- bzw. Jahresstand seiner Offpagepopularität auf Google selbst erfahren. Die Handhabung ist denkbar einfach. Über eine kundenspezifische URI klickt der Interessent auf die gewünschten Navigationsinhalte wie z.B. Backlink-Inhalte, Übersicht Netzwerke, Linkwachtsum, Offpage-Statistik, Social Media Statistik usw. Unterstützend wird dazu eine PDF als SEO-Report-File monatlich zur Verfügung gestellt.

Der Kunde ist somit SEO-mäßig für seine Verhältnisse optimal und absolut komfortabel versorgt. Ich wünsche dem Kunden zukünftig viel Spaß mit seinem „Statistik Tool SEO Offpageoptimierung“ und eine angenehme bzw. erfolgreiche Zeit auf Google. Er soll weit oben auf den Google Suchergebnissen neben seinen Konkurrenten erscheinen.
